Benjamin Noble is a British baritone based in the North of England, performing regularly as a soloist in oratorio, concert and opera.

Recent engagements include Brahms’ Ein deutsches Requiem with Doncaster Choral Society; Vaughan Williams’ Five Mystical Songs with Ryton Choral Society; and the Requiems of Fauré and Duruflé with Durham Choral Society in Durham Cathedral. His concert repertoire also includes Bach’s St John Passion, Dvořák’s Stabat Mater, Handel’s Messiah and Judas Maccabaeus, Mozart’s Requiem and Rossini’s Petite Messe Solennelle.

On stage, Benjamin has performed roles including Figaro in Mozart’s Le nozze di Figaro, Guglielmo and Don Alfonso in Così fan tutte, Alfio in Cavalleria rusticana and Schaunard in La bohème. His operatic experience also includes work with Opera North, North Wales Opera Studio, Clyde Opera and the Brel Opera Festival in France.

Benjamin has performed Bach with Bury Bach Choir and the Geldart Ensemble under Benedict Collins Rice. His screen work includes a singing role in Nicholas Hytner’s The Choral, written by Alan Bennett.

Alongside his work as a singer, Benjamin is a conductor and singing teacher, working with choirs and singers across the North of England.
